65a40a5437 Scripts/Icecrown Citadel: Teleporting to the Frozen Throne should now happen as on retail (with an areatrigger, not gossip), also added missing spawns to Frozen Throne and Tirion's gossip 
NOTE: This does NOT mean The Lich King script is coming soon

f580cddc09 Core: Add wintergrasp-patch to wintergrasp_cleanup branch - resurrected from an old work-repository, now over as a branch to work on.

9a67aaa8b8 DB/Creature: 
- Nuke the hacky column DeathState.
- Removed some hacks from Kologarn script, including some cleanup.
- Removed set deathstate command.

BIG thanks to Malcrom for replacing all creatures that had deathstate with proper dynamicflags/auras.

249692b54b Core/Vehicles: Remove vehicle stat scaling hack and implement it properly trough the spell system. NOTE: This does need some further research on coefficients for different vehicles.

3fde27c964 Core/DBC: Update spell_dbc entry for 24308 (Summon Shade of Jin'Do) to use the correct spelleffect (SPELL_EFFECT_SUMMON), and not SPELL_EFFECT_JUMP 
Also setting the creature relation through the same entry (this might need a minor change, no data for this exists)
