aad25bc01f DB/Gossip: remove wrong gossip text from Hemet Nesingwary (Nagrand).

14372d757d DB/Events: update event start dates and fix some wrong event durations. 
Note: with the current event system, start dates for all events have to be updated at least once every four years in order to be correct (thanks to leap years).

7e101c69e0 DB/Conditions: add missing data for CONDITION_SOURCE_TYPE_QUEST_ACCEPT and CONDITION_SOURCE_TYPE_QUEST_SHOW_MARK.
