b72273014f Core/DB/Achievements: 
- fixed arena season title achievements and rewards
- added mailtemplate support for `achievement_reward` table
- fixed typo in GetBattleMasterBG which causes achievement reward mail expire in 1 day

ad26d2efc3 SQL: Fixed two issues with 2014_01_31_00_world_spell_custom_attr.sql 
Engine should be MyISAM and not MRG_MyISAM
MySQL doesn't play nice with hex values so converted them to decimal
