ab5b273d3c *Some work on wintergrasp. Player can get ranks by killing other players and can build vehicles at workshop. Vehicles can be used to destroy buildings. Except these no other thing is done.

2265aef916 [svn] * Merge Temp dev SVN with Assembla. 
* Changes include:
   - Implementation of w12x's Outdoor PvP and Game Event Systems.
   - Temporary removal of IRC Chat Bot (until infinite loop when disabled is fixed).
