2265aef916 [svn] * Merge Temp dev SVN with Assembla. 
* Changes include:
   - Implementation of w12x's Outdoor PvP and Game Event Systems.
   - Temporary removal of IRC Chat Bot (until infinite loop when disabled is fixed).
