Clean up some sqls to make sure they all have at least one newline at the end (part of the coding standard) helps stop errors when sqls are batched together.... Also, add a missing Delete query to one sql.

* Updated world_script_waypoints

* Moved older sql files to 3.0.9_old folder and in file 0000_3.0.9_old (sql/updates) are stored all these sqls
* Also created folder Obsolete_updates where you can find unverified sqls
* This should help with sql maintaining
