tkrokli 52d0ec3ccb Core/Scripts: move npc_mountaineer_pebblebitty to DB ...

- move gossip text to DB and add quest condition
- remove core script npc_mountaineer_pebblebitty,
- thereby removing the file zone_loch_modan.cpp
- because the original core script dialog is incorrect
