Keader d1e1b8753c Scripts/ICC: Fixed Deathbringer/Valithria reputation handler + codestyle fixes ...

* Added correct reputation spell for both bosses
* Fixed debuffs remove when deathbringer dies (it also fix recount)
* Changed all DoCast(me, xxx) -> DoCastSelf(xx)
* Removed old reputation hack in DB
* Fixed my OCD with spells enum :)
