Fix effects of http://www.wowhead.com/spell=12938/fel-curse when used for http://www.wowhead.com/quest=3627/uniting-the-shattered-amulet conditions for target of Razelikh the Defiler and Servent of Razelikh already exist in db but should also be usable on the other 3 above units
