Kudlaty 68c015af44 Merge [SD2]

r1284 Apply SD2 code style to all uint32 arguments in gossip related functions.
r1285 Replace all remains of _GO with proper pointer style.
Aslo some other code style.
Fix typo in world_scripts_full.sql. thx Sundark
