Spp fcc8d1e4a8 Core/Dungeon Finder: Properly expand random dungeons before adding to queue and minor cleanup ...

- Groups were being added to queue even with no dungeons. Client was not informed so group couldn't join queue anymore
- Some cleanup in error msgs and function order
Fixes issue 3851
