Machiavelli b6e180c17c Add PreparedStatementHolder class that will be used for registering and calling prepared statements on the MySQL server.
Information about prepared statements can be found here: http://dev.mysql.com/tech-resources/articles/4.1/prepared-statements.html
In short: better performance shall ensue.
