XTZGZoReX f8c5b9a4a7 ** Cleanup in ObjectAccessor/HashMapHolder:
* Correctly lock the HashMapHolder on access.
* Use ObjectAccessor wrappers (GetPlayers, GetCreatures, GetGameObjects) instead of raw HashMapHolder<Type>::GetContainer.
* General code style cleanup.
