bdbafc9496 Remove naxxramas areatrigger check to get to frostwyrm wing (no longer needed in 3.3.2). 
Fixes issue #874.
Thanks Gyullo for original patch.

Still need db support for the teleport back from frostwyrm wing.

deec58c8bd Properly show the ArenaTeam's name in arena join and leave.

bea79b0711 * Add error checking for vehicle IDs that are in creature_template but don't 
* exist in Vehicle.dbc. This *WILL* cause the client to freeze / hang.
* Look on TDB in the "Core related DB content" forum for a query to clean
* these up.
