2ea31027e5 Core: Backport 6.x realm changes
Make acessible all the info about current realm (e.g name) anywhere, not only realm id
Reduce the number of differences between the two branches

* This adds separate (per map) guid sequences depending on object type
* Ported map object container from cmangos/mangos-wotlk@a2d396e
* Added type container visitor for TypeUnorderedMapContainer
* Implemented helper function to erase unique pairs from multimap containers
* Moved object storage of all objects except players and transports to map level
* Added containers linking database spawn id with creature/gameobject in world
* Renamed DBTableGuid to spawnId
* Added a separate spawn id sequence generator for creatures and gameobjects - this will be used in db tables
* Moved building SMSG_UPDATE_OBJECT - updatefields changes broadcast to map update
* Added new function to return but not increment guid
* Adjusted .debug loadcells to show low guid in map before/after load
* Added debug messages for creature spawn/destroy, for map guid debugging
* Store all Gameobjects and Creatures added to OutdoorPvP, so the callback script can be removed when OutdoorPvP instance is destroyed.

24c173f387 Core: Use the correct function to convert strings to unsigned longs and unsigned long longs
Fixes wrong data being inserted into the database (i.e explored zones).

* Change CMakeLists for: Custom (can be uncommented), Events, World
** Custom is theoretically unchanged. You can, however, uncomment the glob_recurse that initializes every file within. This might be easier for beginners.

* Introducing the IP Based Action Log System:
** On several different actions, e.g. Login, Character Login, etc., a new entry is added
** Can be logged on and off in worldserver config
*** Disabled by default to prevent increased log db size for unknowing users.

* Add a new row to account table called 'last_attempt_ip'
** Lists the last ip trying to connect to the account

* Add a new type of HookScripts: AccountScript

Remove the filter on CMSG_CHAR_ENUM added in 59b4c34924 since the same opcode is already throttled in the new improved system. DoS attacks using this opcode are still mitigated with same effect of before.

9ce70fb3c9 Core/Guild: Fix memory leak on Guild disband
Fix memory leak when disbanding a Guild, removed from GuildMgr but never deleted. Due to the different ways of how Guild::Disband() and Guild::DeleteMember() are called, each call to these methods has a different way to delete the Guild if empty/invalid.

59b4c34924 Core/NetworkIO: Generic packet spam solution
Currently regulates the usage of CMSG_CHAR_ENUM only, but can be easily
extended to detect inappropriate network behaviour by using
AntiDOS.AllowOpcode in WorldSession's handlers.
