40c6e7bcdb Scripts/UK: Re-written Prince Keleseth script. 
* Corrected spawns amount, only 4 Skeletons must be spawned not 5.
* Adjusted timers, now they are blizzlike.
    * This also includes skeleton resurrection timer.
* Removed hacky code that was replacing spells (they are casted now).
* Implemented "On The Rocks" achievement.

5dd6b8b2dc Core/Conditions: Change CONDITION_REPUTATION_RANK. It now no longer explicitly checks if ConditionValue2 is equal to the reputation rank. It now checks if the player's reputation rank is in the bitmask of ConditionValue2, where each bits are (1 << ReputationRank).
