* This adds separate (per map) guid sequences depending on object type
* Ported map object container from cmangos/mangos-wotlk@a2d396e
* Added type container visitor for TypeUnorderedMapContainer
* Implemented helper function to erase unique pairs from multimap containers
* Moved object storage of all objects except players and transports to map level
* Added containers linking database spawn id with creature/gameobject in world
* Renamed DBTableGuid to spawnId
* Added a separate spawn id sequence generator for creatures and gameobjects - this will be used in db tables
* Moved building SMSG_UPDATE_OBJECT - updatefields changes broadcast to map update
* Added new function to return but not increment guid
* Adjusted .debug loadcells to show low guid in map before/after load
* Added debug messages for creature spawn/destroy, for map guid debugging
* Store all Gameobjects and Creatures added to OutdoorPvP, so the callback script can be removed when OutdoorPvP instance is destroyed.

ee5eaab598 Core/Players: Fix players not being notified if on loading screen
Fix packets not being sent to players on loading screen even if the system supports these packets to be queued and sent till the player is in world.
There might be additional cases where this applies, please report back if you find any.

Fixes #11339

f296095191 Fix various warnings. The core, the scripts and the tools now compile without warnings with -Wall -Wextra -pedantic.
-Fix warnings from -Woverflow on implicit constant conversion.
-Fix warnings from -pedantic.
-Fix warnings from -pedantic.
-Fix warnings from -Wformat.

Two minor changes in addition :

-Replace a defined value equal to 2^31 - 1 by std::numeric_limits<int>::max().
-Remove useless null-check on pointer returned by new. New doesn't returns nullptr on failure, it throws std::bad_alloc.

af63c8783e Core/Guild: Fix withdraw money from bank overflowing int32 limit
Clamp amount of money withdrawn from bank to MAX_MONEY_AMOUNT to avoid int32 overflow which would remove money from Player instead of adding it.

9ce70fb3c9 Core/Guild: Fix memory leak on Guild disband
Fix memory leak when disbanding a Guild, removed from GuildMgr but never deleted. Due to the different ways of how Guild::Disband() and Guild::DeleteMember() are called, each call to these methods has a different way to delete the Guild if empty/invalid.

Valgrind log:

b056bc976c Core/Guild: Fix Guild validation crash on start up
Partially revert 58ec4e5319 and increment GuildStore iterator before validating Guilds. This is required because Guild::Validate() removes the Guild from GuildStore if invalid.

- Remove config options: CONFIG_ALLOW_TWO_SIDE_INTERACTION_CHAT, CONFIG_ALLOW_TWO_SIDE_INTERACTION_MAIL, CONFIG_GM_LOG_TRADE, CONFIG_ALLOW_TWO_SIDE_ACCOUNTS, CONFIG_ALLOW_TWO_SIDE_WHO_LIST, CONFIG_ALLOW_GM_FRIEND, CONFIG_ALLOW_TWO_SIDE_ADD_FRIEND, CONFIG_SILENTLY_GM_JOIN_TO_CHANNEL
- Fix RBAC_PERM_SKIP_CHECK_CHAT_SPAM (Was checking spam for those that had the permission)
- Only check RBAC_PERM_TWO_SIDE_INTERACTION_CHAT for sender of whispers (Restores GM being able to whisper players)
- Only check RBAC_PERM_TWO_SIDE_INTERACTION_MAIL for sender
- Fix .ticket assign <Player>, with last RBAC change it was changed by mistake from Player to Account
