Core/Protocol:
- 5 new opcodes
- Some spell research and fixed MSG_CHANNEL_START
- Fixed SMSG_UPDATE_INSTANCE_ENCOUNTER_UNIT for 4.2.2, and removed SMSG_GAMEOBJECT_SPAWN_ANIM_OBSOLETE (which does not exist)
