Core/Spawns: Resolve crash in BattlegroundAV
- Correctly set spawngroup on spawned creatures in Alterac Valley BG
- Sanity check on application of dynamic spawn rates (not for BG/Arena
maps)
- Check that spawndata exists before using it.
Closes #20535
