Core/Scripts/DB: move npc_gregan_brewspewer to DB

- Remove npc_gregan_brewspewer, thereby removing hardcoded text
`#define GOSSIP_HELLO "Buy somethin', will ya?"`
- Move all gossip handling to DB (gossip texts already exist in TDB)
