Core/EventProcessor: std::chrono-ify CalculateTime
uint64 CalculateTime(uint64 t_offset) has been replaced with Milliseconds CalculateTime(Milliseconds t_offset).
Also add the std::chrono-ified overload void AddEvent(BasicEvent*, Milliseconds, bool)
