Tools/MeshExtractor: Rewrote the MeshExtractor to use a custom Stream class instead of FILE pointers, this way we avoid the errors that were caused by reaching the maximum limit of the tmpfile function, and the maximum number of open file streams at any given time.
P.S: This was no easy task, damnit.
