Core/Traps: Remove hardcoded cooldown value of 1 and use startDelay instead, as per Kaelima suggestion
startDelay is 1 for all hunter traps
Fix non PCH build (boss_elder_madox.cpp)
Remove a double parentheses in LFGGroupScript
