DB/Quest: further improvements to some Azuremyst Isle quests.
- Add missing dialogue for Rune Covered Tablet's end event.
- Fix offer reward text for Warlord Sriss'tiz.
- Fix gossip for High Chief Stillpine and all other furbolgs around.
