*Send VICTIMSTATE_INTACT on melee attack miss.
*Rename VICTIMSTATE_NORMAL to VICTIMSTATE_HIT. *Set default memory allocated in Spell::InitExecuteLogData to 32 bytes. --HG-- branch : trunk
