Core/Auras: Proc flag updates
* Rename to official names * Corrected logic selecting flags for each spell cast - determine them by attributes instead of DmgClass * Implemented new proc flags (PROC_FLAG_CAST_ENDED, PROC_FLAG_LOOTED)
