*Rename SPELL_AURA_RANGED_AP_ATTACKER_CREATURES_BONUS to SPELL_AURA_MOD_CREATURE_AOE_DAMAGE_AVOIDANCE, and reimplement that aura type.
*Some more research about new aura types. --HG-- branch : trunk
