Core/Misc:
- some simplifications in reputation calculation
- removed aura in SPELL_AURA_LINKED should depends on SpellDifficulty
- remove some unneeded variable declarations when it's already declared
- remove some hacks
- fix some warnings in Lfg stuff
- some codestyle changes
