DB/graveyards: add Spirit Healer to starter areas + correct zone info
Spirit Healer added to these graveyards (thanks to Kittnz for sniff data) :
- Northshire Valley
- Coldridge Valley
- Aldrassil
- Valley of Trials
- Echo Isles
(+ KTC Headquarters GY Spirit Healer now uses same phase ID as new player)
Added and corrected some of the existing info in the `graveyard_zone` table.
