[QUEST][WOTLK] Basic Chemistry
Fixes item cooldown from 1 min 30 seconds to 30 seconds, to remedy the
uncompletable quest [Basic Chemistry]. Please remove your items cache in
your World of Warcraft directory to reset the item cooldown.
