7543c45c7c Core/Objects: ported and implement custom visibility range functionality for creatures and gameobjects. Gameobjects will now get their visbility range read from their template data while creatures can be modified at will. a11513051b Scripts/Gilneas:
* the horses involved in Sacrifices and Save Krennan Aranas will now make their attackers go into evade mode when reaching their end
* corrected transition from chapter 1 to chapter 2 by using spell_area in duskhaven to handle the corresponding summon properly and also to make sure that players who have disconnected during the intro will also be able to get back into the intro event

5229a734dd Core/Transports: ported transport refactoring
* this implements full support for stoppable transports as well as serverside transport position tracking
* fixed several vehicle related issues
* fixed gameobject passengers not being displayed as transport passengers
* pets, dynamic objects and other summons are not added as transport passengers and will now properly be displayed
Todo:
- Deeprun Tram visual issues needs to be resolved
- Lady Deathwhisper's elevator needs some additional research
