62bfee37cb Core/Entities: debloat SummonGameObject parameter list using proper wrappers and enable GO rotation in scripts
- There's still an overload allowing for x, y, z, o to be passed directly
- Fixed default animstate for GameObject creation in many places, it should be 255, not 100 (checked in sniffs)

383cc4d94b Scripts/Naxxramas: Rework of Gluth
1) Gluth should be able to eat zombies close to him, one at the time, during the whole fight.
2) Gluth should be able to eat zombies at an accelerated rate after each Decimate.
3) The zombies should put the "Infected Wound" debuff on their auto-attack targets.
4) Zombies should have a normal threat table before decimate and should loose all kind of aggro behavior and walk toward Gluth after decimate.
5) Gluth shouldn't be affected by the decimate damage.
6) Newly poped zombies should have all players in their aggro list as soon as they spawn. So far, they were not moving and were only aggroed by proximity.
7) and several minor fixes (emotes, useless data in db).

9e4cc26312 [3.3.5] Core/Logs: English text corrections
This is an attempt to proofread standard error messages and system messages
from both core and DB. The corrections span typos, grammar and punctuation.

Because some of these messages can have multiple meanings depending on context,
this PR will stay in "WIP" status until the corrections have been validated and approved.

You are welcome to suggest improvements and files not yet included in this list.

Thanks to @Kinzcool for suggesting this line of work. :)

aa432db36d Core/Maps: Changed the way area data is stored in maps, it now uses ID field from AreaTable.dbc instead AreaBit used for exploration marker (and is not unique anymore on top of simply being stupidly confusing)

4771740d42 Gem Perfection implemented:
- Add new DB table `skill_perfect_item_template` that holds information about "perfect" crafts that replace the normal result
- Implement this new DB table into core (SkillExtraItems.cpp, SkillExtraItems.h, SpellEffects.cpp)
- Add data about perfect crafts to new DB table (2015_09_11_00_world.sql)
- Add reload capability to this new table (latch onto skill_extra_item_template to avoid changing command IDs)

Random other change because I stumbled across it and it annoyed me:
- npc_professions.cpp no longer uses magic numbers for quest IDs and creature IDs.

* Added containers linking database spawn id with creature/gameobject in world
* Renamed DBTableGuid to spawnId
* Added a separate spawn id sequence generator for creatures and gameobjects - this will be used in db tables
* Moved building SMSG_UPDATE_OBJECT - updatefields changes broadcast to map update
* Added new function to return but not increment guid
* Adjusted .debug loadcells to show low guid in map before/after load
* Added debug messages for creature spawn/destroy, for map guid debugging
* Store all Gameobjects and Creatures added to OutdoorPvP, so the callback script can be removed when OutdoorPvP instance is destroyed.

00788c6f01 [SpellEffect] Fix bugged amount of threat given by Taunt
1) doAddThreat call instead of AddThreat. ThreatCalcHelper shouldnt be called. Otherwise, the value of the threat that will be added to the caster will be multiplied by a threatModifier (about 1.6)
2) Taunt should give the caster the same threat as the one in the top of the list. If player A has aggro with 1000 threat, player B has 1050 threat and if player C taunts, player C should have 1050 threat after the taunt and not 1000 (the difference can be much bigger with ranged players).

74850abcfc Core/Loot: Skinning improvements
* Set skinnable flag only after all loot was taken
* Creatures are skinnable only once - after skinning, the player only has to loot the creature again if he did not take all skinning loot
