-added ScriptMgr for loading scripts
-removed bindings
-moved script system to src/game

-VC project files updated
-cmakes updated (not 100% done yet)

-ecsort_ai renamed to ScriptedEscortAI
-follower_ai renamed to ScriptedFollowerAI
-guard_ai renamed to ScriptedGuardAI
-simple_ai renamed to ScriptedSimpleAI
-sc_creature renamed to ScriptedCreature
-sc_gossip renamed to ScriptedGossip
-sc_instance  renamed to ScriptedInstance

*use the new headers in scripts, thank you

NOTE to ALL:
cmake not fully tested, please report any errors with it
could make creashes, incompability

08222a7f01 * *FINALLY* removed the nasty nasty hack where the core would cast spells if
* any were listed in creature_template.spellid[1-8]
* Creatures should only cast spells if they have a script.

2ff21d4cef *Implement Aura Type 247 (SPELL_AURA_CLONE_CASTER) and 279 (SPELL_AURA_INITIALIZE_IMAGES)
*Handle CMSG_GET_MIRRORIMAGE_DATA opcode.
*Save Minions follow angle to allow themmoving in a formation
*Improvements in SpellAI: correctly evade and select attack target for creatures without threat list
*Use SpellAI instead of PetAI for not controllable guardians
*Only guardians with SUMMON_TYPE_PET are controllable now
*Add script and template data for Mirror Image.

4f4c6aeaf5 [7666] For heroic mode creature use AIName from normal mode version in same way as done for ScriptName. Author: VladimirMangos
Also at creature templates loading check that AIName/ScriptName not set for heroic mode creature versions.

44bdb135f4 [svn] Implemented player on player and player on creature possession:
* Implemented packet and vision forwarding through possessed units
* Added new OnPossess script call alerting scripts on when possession is applied/removed
* Moved fall damage and fall under map calculations into the Player class
* Added new PossessedAI that is applied only while possession on creature is active
* Implemented summon possessed spell effect
* Fixed Eyes of the Beast

4f06be912b [svn] Implement CREATURE_FLAG_EXTRA_TRIGGER. In GM mode, creatures flagged with this will be displayed with displayid_a, in non-gm mode with displayid_h.
