[7368] Implement unequip unexpected offhand weapons at talent reset (mostly for warror talent case). Author: Lightguard
Implemented OffhandCheckAtTalentsReset option for unequip at zone change (default) and at talent reset itself (can be enabled). --HG-- branch : trunk
