Core/Object:
- Corrected the flag and use of UPDATEFLAG_LOWGUID.
- Send proper positions for objects on transports.
- Rename UPDATEFLAG_HAS_POSITION -> UPDATEFLAG_STATIONARY_POSITION
- Added some comments
