Core/Battle.net:
* Changed packet structures to mirror client names
* Simplified ToString Building
* Removed deprecated structures
World: Cleaned up duplicate realm info 'realm' and 'realmHandle' variables (realmHandle was removed, that data is fully contained in realm)
