Core/LFG: Teleport players to other players instead of dungeon entrance when continuing a LFG dungeon
This feature already existed in current code but was broken by d0334bf94839301cda93f95913db8ea3f27c19cb (cherry picked from commit d2841d6b664ac2c8e818bea1a469fdd3f1b31f6b)
