59d2d188d5 DB/LCT: added pathing, SAI and template updates to Oathsworn Captain 
* added script for wind-tunnels

* moved wind tunnels to summon groups

* added visuals for the two emprisoned slave bandits

* fixed pygmy stacking groups (todo: fix the issue that a creature can use multiple auras)
