- ScalingStatDistribution stats multiplier
     - Armor bonus from ssv
     - Damage from ssv
     - Feral AP from ssv
     - Feral AP from ssv dps bonus
    Use item->StatsCount in apply mods
    Not allow equip item if level > ScalingStatDistribution->maxlevel field

    TODO find more info about ScalingStatValuesEntry->spellBonus
