8f5440b864 Scripts/Ulduar:
* Fixed opening of Hodir's doors
* Fixed despawning of Toasty Fires and its spawning
* Immunity provided by Toasty Fire buff will now working
* Added instance Ulduar check for AIs ( like in Icecrown Citadel or Ruby Sanctum )
* Removed few redudant immunities

00da67740d Scripts/Ruby Sanctum:
- Fixed Enervating Brand debuff on nearby players.
- Fixed cloning in 25 heroic mode
- Corrected typo in timers
- Intro should no longer be triggered if the boss or xerestrasza resets.
- Xerestrasza will now do her outro properly.

42a20f14ef Core/Auras: Use existing aura object on aura reapply/stack increase instead of creating a new one.
You can hook on reapply/stack event by checking for AURA_EFFECT_HANDLE_REAPPLY aura handler mode, AURA_EFFECT_HANDLE_REAL is now not triggered on aura refresh/stack.
